Wills & Trusts

An important aspect of financial planning is to have your affairs in order for your beneficiaries.  For instance, anyone with minor children should absolutely have a will in place to determine the care of their children in the event that you are no longer able to provide care for them.  Trusts are often used to avoid probate and can make transition of assets to heirs more simplistic for them.  There are many other reasons to utilize wills and trusts.  If you have further questions, please feel free to call the office and we would be happy to discuss it further.
