Orr Financial Group, with advisors in Texas, Tennessee and South Carolina is expanding our team. We are adding an Administrative Assistant in Tennessee and Texas and Financial Advisors in all locations. You will be joining a team of advisors and staff in a fast-paced environment with clients in multiple locations. Both positions require proactive individuals who are detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task. Excellent client service skills are a must.
The administrative position will be responsible for tasks including making calls, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry into a sophisticated client management system, completing and processing documents, and maintaining files under a strict regulatory environment. This position will support multiple advisors and a senior administrator, and must be able to quickly pivot, prioritize, and meet deadlines. 
The financial advisor position requires series 7 and 66 registrations, or ability to obtain the necessary registrations within 90days, and a clean U4. You will work with existing clients in all areas including annual reviews, investment and financial planning, long and short-term objectives, retirement planning and new investment opportunities.
