Amanda Joiner

Amanda Joiner serves as both Financial Advisor and Office Manager at Orr Financial Group, where she has been a valued member of the team since 2022. Based in the firm’s Victoria, Texas office, Amanda brings over 15 years of administrative and client service experience from her time at HansaFlex USA. There, she managed a wide range of operational responsibilities with a focus on billing, collections, and customer service—building a strong foundation in organization, efficiency, and client care.

Her transition into financial services has been a natural extension of that experience. Amanda’s attention to detail, commitment to service, and ability to manage complex office operations play a key role in supporting both the firm and its clients. She has a strong passion for helping individuals and families work toward their financial goals. Amanda is dedicated to building meaningful, long-term relationships grounded in trust, communication, and personalized guidance.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their children, Allison and CJ, and their extended family. They love being outdoors—camping, fishing, and visiting waterparks whenever they can. The family is actively involved in 4-H, participating in archery and raising breeding heifers. Having grown up on a farm, Amanda values the discipline, responsibility, and work ethic that come from caring for livestock and takes pride in passing those lessons on to her children.
